096-Some Light Labor Day Reading

So for the last two labor days I have singled out an entire run of a comic book and read it in it's entirety over the course of the weekend. This weekend however may just break me. I have decided to read all 99 issues of Ultimate Spider-Man. It is just before 9am on Saturday morning and I have read 7 issues. 92 to go. Wish me luck.

Also if there is on comic book that will get your or someone you know into comics it is without a doubt Ultimate Spider-Man. I highly recommend picking up either the first trade or the first hardcover. Ultimate Spider-Man is comic book perfection, the action is fast paced, the humor is second to none, and you actually feel emotion coming from the characters. It's seriously worth checking out especially if you are a fan of the movies and have never read the comic. Ultimate Spider-Man BEGINS in the '00s and wont way you down with a ton of continuity.
