So for the first time in a long time, I will be heading out to Summerfest. If you don't know what Summerfest is, it's a 2 week long music festival(the biggest in the world) in Milwaukee. For a pretty low price you get to check out 6 or 7 stages worth of bands. Then they have a main stage(the marcus amphitheater) that they sell tickets in advance for. For the first time I will be checking out the main stage.
Tonight it's a Decaydance Records showcase. Panic! at the Disco, Gym Class Heroes, The Academy Is..., and The Hush Sound. I am really excited about seeing Gym Class Heroes. I have never seen em before, and I've been a big supporter for a few years now. Also The Academy Is... almost stole the show from Fall Out Boy on the Honda Civic Tour so it will be interesting to see how they hold up tonight. I hope the show is fun, and that it isn't a repeat of the same show I already saw Panic at the Disco do back in November on their arena tour. Hearing some new stuff from them would be great. I'll post a review tomorrow.
