Listen man you are the laughing stock of the gaming community. I mean seriously how can you even keep a straight face. Last night you were the exclusive TV destination for the Microsoft press event, and you could not have covered it any worse. First of all you ran commercials. I mean..come on. You cut away from some huge moments. Rock Band demo, the announcement of Gears of War and Viva Pinata for Windows, and then...you cut away DURING the Halo 3 trailer. You are G4 right? The gaming network? Halo 3 is the biggest fucking game of the year, and you cut off your coverage DURING the Halo 3 trailer. Sick. Then during some games you wouldn't show the screen. Why was I watching people PLAY Rock Band and not watching the screen to see what it fucking looked like??
Like a battered girlfriend I went back to G4 to watch your Nintendo and Sony coverage. You did a little better, you lightened up on the commercials, and you only cut away when things were kind of boring. Good work, but during Sony's event you sometimes went to a camera angle that was in the back of the auditorium, and you couldn't really see what was going on, on the screen. Sometimes you would show a feed off the screens, and sometimes you pulled out of it and showed the screens at a distance. What was that all about?? There was a big handful of games I didn't even get to see.
Anyways, thanks for the coverage, I just felt kind of cheated. Step it up next year, and don't do anything to embarrass your selves the rest of the week. Ok?
