002-A little background.

Last night I was talking to a friend about MySpace, and I told her I was growing tired of it. I didn't post pictures of myself in the bathroom mirror, I don't really leave anyone comments, and I certainly don't blog. She said why not? I bet your blogs would be funny. I would read it. I told her that my life isn't that exciting, and my hobbies are very niche. I like comic books, video games, gadgets, role playing games, etc. I am a nerd through and through. So I told her there was no way I was going to start a blog.

Well I am a Sunday night insomniac, and I tossed and turned and tossed and turned. I realized I did have things to blog about. I did have a unique opinion on the E3 convention, I would love to post about what I think of Intel Core Duo Mac Books, and you know what? I don't care who reads it. I know there are people out there who do what I plan on doing much better than I, but it has to start somewhere.

I have some writing gigs on my plate, and when I went to sit down to write I realized my writing skills were dull, and needed to be sharpened. I remembered that I owned a bunch of domain names and they were just sitting there. I realized that it was time to start a blog again.

So what are you going to get. Well mostly reviews of....comic books(in fact all the comics I have read in May are getting reviewed tomorrow), video games, my thoughts on new technology, and probably a big dose of what's going on in my life for those who I have lost touch with or know me and want to get inside my head a little. I would appreciate comments, but it's not necessary. Just you reading will make it worthwhile. Just me writing and staying sharp will make it all worth it.

As my skills in html come back to me(it's been about 3 years) I will snazz up the blog a bit. I already added some links on the left side. I will add more every day. Pictures will start appearing, more info will be added to the sidebar, and you will even get some voice blogs from me. It should be fun. Thanks for checking it out.
